If you don't like an item, you can return it within 15 days of receiving your order and exchange it or get your money back.

Are all Pro affected?

For reasons of hygiene and compliance with European law, some Pro are not eligible for return:

- liquid Pro such as hair glue, solvents, shampoos, etc...

- Adhesive tapes that have been removed from their packaging (unsealed)

The other Pro are subject to a right of return and must be returned to us in perfect condition.

Accepted Pro :

- Return of a ready-to-wear hair (wig, volumizer...)

- Return of a hair supplement from the warehouse

- Return of a turban, scarf, adhesive roll that has not been removed from the packaging

Pro products:

- Return of an adhesive roll taken out of the packaging

- Return of a hair glue or a liquid Pro (shampoo, conditioner, ....)

How to proceed:

To return an item, go to the following website: www.capilocia.de

Go to the "Connect / My Account" section to register your request online.

In the "Order History and Details" section, select the order in question and choose the item(s) you wish to return.

In the "Return" field, indicate the reason for your return and whether you would like an exchange (of size or color) or a refund .

When you are finished, click the "Generate Return" button.

The return request will then be considered and "awaiting confirmation" .

After receiving your request, we will check whether the Pro can be returned and accept or reject the return.

Your item(s) must be returned with the original packaging and sticker(s), unworn, unwashed, unbrushed, undamaged, unopened, unused…

Please note that cosmetic Pro cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the return is accepted, the message "Pending delivery" will appear; a return form can then be printed on an A4 sheet and must be placed in the returned package.

The return costs are at your expense

Note: The "outgoing" shipping costs remain at your expense. Only the value of the Pro (minus discounts) can be refunded. In the event of a return due to our fault (faulty or incorrect delivery), we will refund the shipping costs.
